If you receive your package and it is damaged, please take photos of its condition upon delivery.
Once the package is open and you find it damaged or faulty, please ensure you take clear photos showing the damage, do not remove tags or packaging where possible. Contact us straight away by email at info@wangarattaequineemporium.com.au Please list your order number, product that is faulty, outline what is wrong with item and attach images. Please also ensure contact details are clear. We will be in touch once we have assessed the faulty/damaged product.
If the items sizing is incorrect, you are able to exchange for the correct sizing. Exchange must be done within 14 days of purchase; goods are to be returned in original condition (unworn and unwashed) with all labels attached and in correct original packaging.
Goods must be returned free of pet hair, fake tan, make up or other stains. They must not smell of smoke, cosmetics, perfume, deodorant, washing powder or other products.

Please check your tracking number details- sent via email when packages shipped, and look up the delivery company’s tracking information.
If the information is not clear or has not been updated for a couple of days please contact us at info@wangarattaequineemporium.com.au with full details including order number, tracking number and contact details and we will look in to it.

Returns or exchanges are NOT available on sale items, unless the item is faulty and you did not know about it prior to purchase.
Returns will not be accepted for change of mind or if the item is not suitable.
Exchanges must be done within 14 days of purchase. They will not be sent out until the original item has been returned and determined to be in original condition.

We do our best to quickly pack and ship orders to you. If you have made a mistake or wish to change an order you must immediately email us at info@wangarattaequineemporium.com.au . Please mark email urgent and in subject line have ‘URGENT ORDER CHANGE REQUEST’. We will do our best to accommodate but if orders are placed over a weekend, we cannot guarantee it is changed prior to shipping original order and the exchange process will need to be followed.

FREE standard shipping is available on orders over $200.
Orders under $200 will be charged a flat rate of $15.00
Express post will be charged at a flat rate of $30.00 this is for max 5 items
